Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and PayPal.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Currently, we accept only prepaid orders. We are working on enabling COD for select pin codes.
Sizing & Fit
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Please refer to our Size Guide page for detailed measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Q: Do you offer custom sizing?
A: Yes! Select the "customise" size option on the product page and share your measurements. Custom orders take 5–7 additional business days for tailoring.
Q: What if my order does not fit?
A: You can request an exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, shipping is free on all orders above Rs. 4,999. A flat fee of Rs. 199 applies for orders below this amount.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within India only. For international orders, please contact us directly.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Custom-sized orders are non-returnable unless defective.

Q: What fabrics do you use?
A: We use premium fabrics including Japanese Lycra, Cotton Velvet, Silk, Poly Jacquard, and other fine materials. Each product page lists the specific fabric used.
Q: How should I care for my garment?
A: We recommend dry cleaning for all our garments to maintain their quality and embroidery. Avoid direct sunlight for storage.
Q: What is included in a Bandhgala set?
A: Our Bandhgala sets typically include the Bandhgala jacket and matching trousers. Please check individual product descriptions for specific inclusions.
