1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website onemanshow.in ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website.
2. Products & Pricing
All products listed on the Website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing the order.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase via the available payment methods: credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay.
4. Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom-sized and bespoke tailoring orders are made to your specific measurements. These orders require 5–7 additional business days for tailoring. Custom-sized orders are non-returnable unless the product is defective or materially different from what was ordered.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping across India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for select locations. Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 4,999. A flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 applies for orders below this amount. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Custom-sized orders are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return, contact us at info.omsm@gmail.com or call +91-9873887475 with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including images, text, logos, designs, and product photography — is the intellectual property of One Man Show. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

One Man Show shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
